My family was considering a RAV 4 Prime for a member of the family in the Army. We had searched several locations and dealers and found the car we were seeking at Crabtree Toyota in Watertown. Our initial contact with B. Anderson offered a great test drive at an appointed time. We were somewhat surprised by a premium being asked for the car. V. Colodetti worked that issue, although it was not simple. J. Devoe handled the final purchase. Yet the back office failed to deliver sales documents as agreed. J. DeVoe provided the documents which we worked hard to bring to the family member whose signature was required. Arrangements were made to take delivery. That evening we expected the car to be in the presentation garage. Upon our arrival, it was not there. J. DeVoe made things happen after several long waiting minutes. Lucas was superb in presenting and reviewing all the feature of the car. J. DeVoe recently called to reveal the dealership had filed for a rebate from the state. Great! A few hundred dollars back. So an up and down ride, with a good ending.

02/04/25 Update. I was contacted by a rep from Crabtree who went over everything and I have a clearer understanding of events. Thank you for taking the time to reach out and work with me. I was not expecting to receive anything (being the whiny little fart that I am) but the rep did offer me a little more time on the warranty which I appreciate. So, I guess I'll be getting my RAV4 from Crabtree next year. While I love the Corolla Cross it's a bit smaller than what I'm used to. 11/29/24 I ended up going back to Crabtree Toyota after sorting out the last interaction and buying a 24 Corolla Cross hybrid. Not the color I had originally wanted but I'm happy with it. Great car, excellent milage and I have nothing to say but great things about the service department. I had a warning light come on telling me about a hybrid malfunction. I called the service department, and they got me in right away. Turned out to be a loose negative battery cable. Problem solved. Now for what angered me. And shame on me for not picking up on it last June. I was putting my paperwork away in my file when I came across the window sticker. $33,729.00. Thats when I did the math. $1,000 down, $7,000 trade in on my 2013 Rav4 (Kelly Blue Book value) and $26,960.03. $34,960.03. That's $1231.03 for registration and miscellaneous charges. Ok. No problem. Yet when I hand the salesperson one of the "checks" for $2,500 off a new car that I still get in mail, I expect it to be honored! Especially when I was told it would be taken care of! For some reason I got no break on the price, certainly not the $2,500. After being told that they'll give me a great deal. Ya. Thank you for the great deal.

I would like to give a big shout out to Hudson and Nardia. They both have been a big help to me in choosing and getting the vehicle my wife loves. Nardia stayed with us all the way till 8pm even though they closed at 7pm and same for Mr. Hudson. Mr. Hudson is also amazing, making sure we go through a smooth process and explain things in detail. I would recommend not only crabtree toyota but also Mr. Hudson and Nardia when setting your appoitment. Ive always love toyota for their reliabitly. Drive one for yourself and you will see!

Nardia helped me get an awesome new Sienna. She asked me what I was looking for before presenting me with options. She updated me on new arrivals in line with what I wanted. She was kind and understanding. Heloise was also very helpful in getting my new car set up for me. She took the time to educate me on the app and car features. I really liked her warm and friendly manner.

Update from the 11/29/24 post which for some reason I can't seem to find. I really need to work on asking questions first and then making a jerk out of myself later. I was contacted by a representative from Crabtree who went over my complaint and broke down the numbers for me. I may not like it, but I can't dispute them. I certainly wasn't expecting anything, but he offered another year on my warranty which was appreciated even though I'm not sure if I deserve it. I should be getting the paperwork soon according to whomever I spoke with. I got his name somewhere. It was a pleasant surprise which I appreciate, and I have to say that Crabtree does follow up on any issues a customer may have. A lot of places simply pay lip service or just ignore people with problems. I was happy to be proven wrong.

We had the best experience at CrabTree Toyota in Watertown. Joe Hernandez was excellent at finding what I was looking for. He made sure it had everything I wanted and needed. He made the process super relaxed and easy. He wasn’t pushy like other car dealerships can be. Joe worked with us on what we were looking to spend and made our experience the best. I love my 2025 Toyota RAV4 XLE. 10/10 recommend coming here for your new car, ask for Joe he’ll take good care of you!

I purchased my Toyota Camry 24 LE from here last year. The car is awesome! Recently had some rodent issues… Crabtree couldn’t have worked faster to get me back up and driving, in less than a week. Thank you Daniel, for keeping great communication throughout the process. He explained everything clearly and was ready to answer any questions. Pleasure to work with.
