This was the best experience I have had with buying a new car. The people (Nardia Pryce, Ednei Lima and Nick Shala ) were terrific. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. They did not push me into a decision let me think about the sale for a few days. I just wanted to thank them for a great experience. One other place I went to tried to force me to buy a car I wanted to get it off the lot.

I wanted a certain Toyota pickup and could not find in our area. I was able to buy the pickup from Crabtree Toyota through salesman Steve. We did this via text and overnight mail. I live in South Florida so considering the distance Steve made the buy and all the paperwork go smooth. Of course then we had to ship it down and Steve helped with that also. We are happy with the truck and the stsff at Crabtree. Thank you all.

Brad was amazing. There were no high-pressure tactics; just a genuinely kind, patient and knowledgeable interaction with him. He was the difference between moving on to another Toyota dealership (of which there are many) and staying with Crabtree. In fact, the entire team worked well together, and we left with a new car with no buyer’s remorse. As often can happen with a substantial purchase like a car. If you are in the market for a Toyota, go to Crabtree and be sure to ask for Brad. You wont regret it!

Wanted to make a quick post about Crabtree Toyota here in town, 12/10 would buy a car again there in a heartbeat. They were an awesome group to work with and got us a great deal. I went in on Sunday to shop for a new suv for my wife, the salesman Evan met me in the parking lot and we got right down to it. He was able to get us the car we wanted with more features than we asked for and the price and payment we were looking for. The entire team there was very professional and a pleasure to work with, if y’all are in the market for a new or used car I would definitely stop there first!
